Balancing act

Yesterday, for the first time in our lives, we saw a Japanese balancing act.

It was in an average sized classroom full of people of which half were foreigners.

We learned the basics of juggling and balancing.

Also, Ovi had a chance to practice his Japanese skills.

Though the act was relatively small and not as big as we anticipated, it proved to be very memorable and loads of fun.

昨日は、山梨日本語ボランティアの会主催の多文化交流会に参加してきました。

今年は太神楽を観る、体験する。という会でした（ちなみに昨年はおそば作りだったそうです！）

テレビでは見たことがありましたが、実際に見るのは私も初めてだったし、体験するのももちろん初めてだったのでかなり楽しかったです。

ショーのあとは、日本語ボランティアの方々とグループになって日本語でお話しをしたりゲームをしたり、Oviも日本語でがんばりました♬
